Today the Rally family paid there respects to one of our own Tony Coleman. Taken from this earth way to soon our thoughts and prayers are with his Wife, Children grand children and immediate family.Tony joined the rally family in 2014 and then again in 2016. From the beginning he attended shows and fundraisers and could often be found storing and hauling RFH kit around. He was instrumental in acquiring the 105mm shell case with all of engraved heroes names on it. When Tony attended an event his vehicle became an Aladdin's cave of Motorsport goodies everything from pens and pencils to umbrellas and clothing mostly this was F1 merchandise and this gear became a great money spinner. In 2016 his Blue BMW morphed into the hero car again all the Afghan heroes names adorned on the car, he completed the event with SSAFA Jim Morrison, for all his efforts he won the "Spirit of the Rally Award". Scheduled to participate in 2018 he worked tirelessly raising funds and at one particular event managed to produce a complete McLaren F1 car, due to family commitments he didn't participate. The village church in Shipton Bellinger became standing room only with as many people outside as there was in, for the memorial service, such was the esteem held for Antony Coleman a genuine decent bloke. Rest In Peace Tony you will not be forgotten by the Rally Family.
