Exciting discussions regarding the Pre-launch event at RAF Marham next year.Day 2 at DSEI with Lt Gen Sir Andrew Gregory KBE CB Chief Executive SSAFA popping along for a visit. He was absolutely blown away by all of the fundraising that's taken place so far and wished to convey his thanks to everyone,we are told that RFH is SSAFA’s biggest contributor outside of corporate sponsors. Day 3 at DSEI and we've already had a visit from MP Johnny Mercer Under-Secretary of State for defence people and veterans. A thoroughly engaging and full of admiration for what we do at Rally for Heroes. Second visitor of the day at DSEI, and all before our eleven’s Admiral Tony Radakin CB ADC First Sea Lord of the Royal Navy. Another absolute petrolhead loving what we have achieved so far and what we're looking to accomplish next year! With aching feet and legs the day culminated with a visit by General Sir Mark Alexander Popham Carleton-Smith, KCB, CBE, ADC Chief of the General Staff (Head of the British Army) that's all 3 heads of service coming to see us,trying out the Collins Aerospace DB9 and all 3 absolutely blown away by what we've accomplished at Rally for Heroes. Looking forward to seeing what we can achieve next year! Some positive leads that will hopefully culminate in corporate sponsorship.Fun time over the course of the week we were aching to get a guard dog to guard the Aston well it happened see pics. Last but not least many thanks to everyone that helped with there time and effort to make DSEI a success Footnote Triple “S” is Go! Go!! Go!!! so remember the date 9/5/2020.
